Sometimes in your life you think some tasks are complicated but managing your NDIS funding doesn’t have to be one of them. We’re here to guide you to get there at free of cost to you.

 

Join the NDIS

To get our service as a Plan Manager you need to have an NDIS plan which includes ‘Improved Life Choices’. It covers all plan management fees so there’s no need to worry about our fees, it means you no need to pay from your pocket. If your plan has got Improved Life Choices — good news! If it doesn’t currently have Improved Life Choices, don’t worry we’ll guide you.

My plan has not had Improved Life Choices, then what can I do?

If it doesn’t currently have Improved Life Choices, don’t worry. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and request them know I’d like a plan review for plan management service.
  2. Explain that you want more choice and control over the providers you use.
  3. The NDIA will review your request and let you know once you’ve been approved.

 

Sign up with us for Plan Manager service

Once your plan has got & approved for Improved Life Choices, now you are ready to Sign up with us for Plan Manager service. Just Register your details in our online form, we’ll start to work for you.

Not Happy with your current plan manager during the dates of the current plan and want to transfer from them, you need to follow the steps below:

Transferring from any plan manager is quite easy.

  1. Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and let them know that you want to transfer your plan management to us.
  2. Contact your current plan manager and ask them to cancel their service booking and reduce their available funds to zero.
  3. Just Register your details in our online form, we’ll start to work for you.
  4. Notify Your Providers and ask them to send their invoices directly to us so you don’t have to manage and store them.

What are all the options for invoicing?

  1. Your providers can send their invoices directly to us.
  2. You can forward your service providers invoices to us once you receive them.
  3. You can also claim for personal reimbursements if you have paid for a service yourself.

This is how we work:

 We notify you every time an invoice is uploaded

You (or your nominated primary contact) will receive an SMS every time when our team upload an invoice of your service providers.

  1. Any Problem with the invoice? No problem.

you can contact us straight away If there’s a problem with any of your invoice, then we will pause the payment until you fix the issue with your provider.

  1. Get reimbursed

If you have paid for a service yourself, you can claim for personal reimbursements. Just be sure to keep your receipts which clearly show the amount that has been paid and the date of payment.

If financial management is included in your NDIS plan (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control) you can quickly and easily register for great Plan Manager online. You’ll need to fill in all your details, then read and accept our Service Agreement.

It’s really helpful if you can give us a copy of your NDIS Plan so we can make sure your budget allocations are right when we set up your account. See our tips on how to download your NDIS plan from MyGov.

I’m transferring from another plan manager, what do I do?
