As a plan manager we give you total control over your NDIS service providers, unlike agency management, where you are restricted to registered providers.

Your Choice of Service Providers
Normally, all the agency managed they restrict you to using only NDIS registered providers. But here you can have a freedom to choose any provider as per your or participants needs. so, you can have the excellent care and services within your budget.
Free of Costs
Plan management fees are paid separately by NDIS so you no need to pay out of your support budget or from your pocket. So, you can have an accountant & bookkeeper to look after your NDIS plan management job for free.

Explanation of Managements
Generally, plan-managed, and self-managed options are giving you a lot more control than agency-managed. As, a NDIS participants if you choose self-management or plan-management you can have access to around four times as many providers.
Self-Management
If you chose to self-manage your NDIS funding, you must do everything by yourself. You can have full control over your supports and all the finances. You can engage any provider (NDIS registered or non-registered), and you are not bound by the NDIS price limits. But you have got a few extra responsibilities that being agency or plan managed doesn’t.
By self-managing you must do:
- Open a separate bank account in the NDIS participant’s name
- Keep records all your invoices and receipts for up to five years
- Pay your services providers (usually pay out of pocket before submitting NDIS claim)
- Claim from the NDIS portal
- Manage your remaining budgets.
Plan Management
Plan management is like self-management, but you don’t have to do any of the admin for your plan. Still, you can use both registered and non-registered providers but are bound by the upper price limits in the NDIS price guide.
It is free of cost to all NDIS participants, because all the fees are paid by the NDIS from the “Improved Life Choices” budget.
Plan managers are NDIS-registered providers who provide financial administrative services to NDIS participants.
Plan managers have to:
- Keep all your records for an audit
- Claim all your service providers’ invoice from the NDIS
- Reimburse any invoices or receipts for services if you paid out of your pocket
- Updates on your budget remaining balance
we will provide a ‘financial intermediary’ support to our participants. We be a connection between an NDIS participant, providers and the NDIA. We act like a third party to communicate with service providers and pay their invoices on your behalf. We will also send monthly reports at a client’s request, including the current budget totals remaining and where money has been spent.
